ㅁ초록:
Semiconductor nanocrystal quantum dots (QDs) have attracted significant interest due to their widely tunable band gaps, narrow photoluminescence linewidths (which result in high color purity), and their simple synthetic process. Very importantly, the optoelectronic properties and overall stability of QDs are strongly depends on their surface structures. In this talk, I will introduce how surface structures affect the properties of QDs, using examples from covalent III-V, II-IV, and ionic perovskite QDs.
