SAINT students Eui-Jun Lee, Do-Kwon Park, Dae-Gyu Choi, Gi-Yong Kim, Chan-Song Moon, and Ho-Jae Kim from Prof. Seongpil An’s Lab received the Grand Prize at the SEMES–SKKU Strategic Industry–Academia Achievement Exchange Meeting held on August 11.

At this year’s meeting, Prof. Seongpil An’s Lab presented its research titled:

“Analysis of Instability in the Wet-Cleaning Process Caused by Electromagnetic Induction.”

In this study, the team analyzed sine-wave electric-field signals observed during the semiconductor wet-cleaning process by comparing electric and magnetic field data and proposed a mechanism explaining how the observed waveform is generated.

The Grand Prize recognizes the team’s outstanding research achievements and practical contributions to strategic industry–academia collaboration.

SAINT 안성필 교수 연구실 소속 이의준, 박도권, 최대규, 김기용, 문찬송, 김호재 연구원이 지난 8월 11일 열린 「SEMES–성균관대 전략산학 최종발표회」에서 대상을 수상했습니다.

이번 성과교류회는 SEMES와 성균관대학교가 공동으로 수행한 전략산학 협력 과제의 연구 성과를 공유하는 자리로, 3차년도 연구과제의 최종 결과 발표가 진행됐습니다.

안성필 교수 연구실은 이번 행사에서
「전자기 유도로 인한 Wet-Cleaning 공정 불안정성 발생 분석」을 주제로 연구 결과를 발표했습니다.

연구팀은 반도체 Wet-Cleaning 공정에서 나타나는 사인파 형태의 전기장 신호를 전기장 및 자기장 데이터와 비교·분석하고, 해당 파형이 발생하는 원인을 설명할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시했습니다.

이번 수상은 전략산학 협력 과제에서 수행한 연구 성과와 실질적인 기여를 인정받은 결과입니다.
