ㅁ초록:

Organic semiconductors have gained increasing attention as promising materials for indoor photovoltaics (IPV) and infrared photodetectors (IR-OPDs) due to their tunable electronic structures, low-temperature solution processability, and compatibility with flexible substrates. However, performance optimization requires addressing key challenges such as trap-induced leakage current and poor film uniformity. In this presentation, we introduce a series of studies focusing on trap control strategies via molecular design and thin film morphology engineering. By tailoring the molecular structures of donor materials and controlling film packing through side-chain engineering, we suppressed dark current and enhanced charge collection efficiency in both indoor solar cells and infrared photodetectors. Moreover, we demonstrate large-area and patterned device. We briefly introduce demonstrations of fully integrated modules for self-powered indoor electronics and infrared sensing, confirming the practical potential of these technologies.
