School has decided to register pre/final defense through GLS from this semester because of COVID 19.

 

Here is information about how to register it through GLS below.



1. First step: upload <1. Application for the Major Advisor Prior Assignment> and <2. Plan of the Research for Thesis>

  To utilize GLS system for defense, students need to upload <1. Application for the Major Advisor Prior Assignment>  with professor's signiture and  <2. Plan of the Research for Thesis>



2. Second step: upload your <3 or 4. pre/final defense application with first page of your thesis>, 

                     <5. Declaration of Ethical Conduct in Research> and 

                     <6. Safety Instruction complete confirmation form>

3. Third step: Put the Internal and External Examiner's information.
                    Especially for External Examiners, upload <7. External Examiner’s Personal Information paper> 

                    and their introduction page of thier university homepage.

4. Forth step: Print out your filing reciep, check your account number and pay in.
