2. 전체 학위수여식 참석 관련 안내 사항

가. 전체 학위수여식 참석 졸업생·축하객에 대한 행사장 입장, 좌석 배정 등에 관한 사항은 추후 별도 안내 예정

※ 코로나19, 행사장 혼잡 등을 고려하여 행사장 출입·배석 인원을 제한할 수 있습니다. 양해 부탁드립니다.

나. 박사학위수여자 문묘고유례 참석 안내

1) 대상: 2023년 2월 박사 학위수여자 *강제참석은 아님

2) 모이는 장소·시간: 9시 40분까지 600주년기념관 1층 정문 앞(도착시간 엄수)

3) 총장, 교무위원 등과 함께 성균관 대성전에서 진행하는 문묘고유례 참석

※ 눈, 우천 시 문묘고유례 동행이 취소될 수 있으며, 위 내용은 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

3. 졸업축하 야외 포토존 운영

가. 운영기간: 2. 10.(금) ~ 2. 20.(월)

나. 설치 장소: [인사캠] 금잔디광장 / [자과캠] 삼성학술정보관 앞 잔디광장

4. 협조 사항

가. 대중교통 이용: 당일 학내가 혼잡하고 주차공간이 협소하여 차량 출입을 통제할 수 있습니다. 가급적 대중교통을 이용 부탁드립니다.

※ 교내 주차가 불가할 수 있으며, 특히 문묘고유례 행사 시 대학 출입 통제 예정

나. 대출 도서 최종 반납일: 2월 1일(수) (학술정보관 홈페이지 공지 참조)

※ 미납도서 및 연체료가 있을 경우, 학위증서 및 각종 증명서 발급이 중지됩니다.

1. 학·석사(박사는 개별 준비) 학위복 대여‧반납 안내(홈페이지 공지 참조)

가. 대상자: 2023년 2월 학위수여자, 2022년 2월/8월 학위수여자 중 학위복 미대여자

※ 재학생, 수료생은 대여 불가

나. 대여 기간 및 장소

다. 준비물: 본인 신분증(주민등록증/자동차운전면허증/외국인등록증/여권 등), 마스크, 학위복 수령용 가방

※ 학위복 대여 시 보증을 위해 반납 전까지 대여자분의 신분증을 총학생회 측에서 보관하는 점 양해 부탁드리며, 본교 학생증은 대여자 신분 보증 목적으로의 제출이 불가합니다.

※ 학위복 대리 수령의 경우, 대리인은 대여자의 신분증 및 학번과 학과정보를 준비 바랍니다.

라. 학위복 대여 신청 안내

1) 학위복 대여 신청 일정: 1. 28.(토) ~ 2. 9.(목)

2) 학위복 대여 신청 방법: GLS PC버전 접속 → [신청/자격관리] → [금학기 졸업자 학위복 대여 신청] 클릭 → 최초 방문 예정 일자, 방문 캠퍼스, 환불 계좌정보 입력 → 신청 → 발급된 가상계좌로 대여료(5,000원) 입금

※ 기졸업자는 GLS 대여 신청 불가(현장 방문 신청)

3) 학위복 대여료: 5,000원

※ 대여 신청 시 가상계좌 발급, 현금 수납 불가

※ 대여료 납부 후 대여를 하지 않은 경우, 사업 기간이 종료된 이후 일괄 환불 예정

마. 반납기한: 대여 횟수와 관계없이 대여 당일 18시까지 반납(이후 연체료 발생)

바. 기타 사항

○ 학위복 대여에 횟수 제한이 없으나, 1회당 1벌만 대여 가능

※ 학위복 지각 반납 또는 미반납 시 사업 기간 내 중복 대여 불가

○ 대여를 여러 번 하는 경우, 대여료는 최초 대여 시에만 납부

○ 학위복 대여자에 한하여 주차할인 지원: 인사캠(4시간 3,000원), 자과캠(4시간 2,000원)

○ 학위복 및 부속품을 분실·훼손하신 경우, 해당 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.

※ 손망실 비용: 전통 학사복 세트 132,000원 / 전통 석사복 세트 179,000원

2. 학위증서 배부 (학사/석사/박사 공통)

가. 학위증서 배부처: 소속 단과대학 행정실

나. 학위증서는 단과대학 사정에 따라 현장배부/우편발송을 병행합니다.

다. 단과대학별 학위증서 배부계획 현황은 2. 3.(금) 홈페이지 공지 예정

라. 유의사항

- 학위증서는 졸업증명서와 달리 1회만 발급이 되고 추가발급이 불가합니다. 우편발송을 신청하는 경우, 배송 주소 오류 또는 배송 분실로 인한 재발급은 불가하오니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

3. 졸업증명서 발급: 2023. 2. 15.(수) 학위수여식 당일 10:00 부터 발급 가능

※ 작업 사정에 따라 발급가능 시간이 변동될 수 있습니다.

2) Doctors’graduating students

‣ Meeting Place: 9:40 a.m., in front of the main gate of 600th Anniversary hall(1F), [HSSC] (You must observe the arrival time)

‣ Attend the‘Munmyogoyourye’ceremony (Traditional ceremony) with the Dean and Academics Affair Committee at Daeseongjeon before the Commencement (Optional)

※ In case of rain, ’Munmyogoyourye’can be canceled, and the above contents are subject to change depending on the situation.

3. Photo Zones

1. Bachelors’and Masters’Graduation Gowns Rental Information (Refer to the notice on the homepage)

1) Subject: Graduating students in February 2023 and February/August 2022(for those who were not able to rent due to the COVID issue only)

※ Only Bachelors’and masters’gowns are provided for the rental.

2) Rental Period and Location

○ Preparation: ID (Registration Card, Driver’s License, Residence Card, Passport), Mask. Bag for the Gown

※ The student council will ask for your understanding that rental is available only after submission of ID card as a deposit. Student ID card is not accepted as deposit.

※ For more information, please check the announcement on the homepage.

3) Pre-booking system on GLS

○ Application Period: 1. 28. (Sat.) ~ 2. 9. (Thu.)

○ Application Process: GLS(PC version) → [Application/Graduation Requirements Management] → [This Semester’s Graduates’ Application] → [Application for Graduation Gown Rental] → Enter ‘Visit schedule’, ‘Visiting campus’, ‘Account for refund’→ Deposit rental fee(5,000 won) to the virtual account.

※ Because the online registration for the gown rental for undergraduates and postgraduates of winter 2022 is unavailable, please visit during the rental days and register offline.

○ Rental Fee: 5,000 won

4) Return Deadline: Gowns must be returned by 18:00 on the day of rental

○ Late fees will be charged, and further gown rental will be prohibited if gowns are returned after 6 P.M. on the day of rental.

2. Distribution of Diplomas (Bachelor/Master/Doctor)

1) Location: Affiliated Administrative Office

2) Diplomas will be distributed on-site/mailed depending on each department's circumstances.

3) Notes

- Unlike Certificate of Graduation, Diplomas are issued only once and cannot be issued additionally. Please note that if you apply for mail delivery, you cannot reissue it due to an error of address or loss of delivery.

※ Inquiries about the graduation ceremony and distribution of diplomas: Contact the affiliated administrative office.

3. Issuance of Certificate of Graduation: It can be issued from 10:00 a.m. on the day of the commencement, February 15th (Wed.), 2023.
